Consultative Ballot on Increase to Staff Parking Charges

Consultative Ballot on Increase to Staff Parking Charges

Over the last few months UNISON representatives have worked hard to challenge proposals that were put forward by the Trust in February to increase staff parking charges. Significant reductions have been made from the initial proposals but the Trust implemented an increase on 1st June.

Through our survey, member feedback and petition UNISON is aware of the strength of feeling that our members have over this issue and therefore we, together with other trade unions, are holding a consultative ballot to see how our members wish to proceed..

This consultation asks you to accept or reject the increased charges and indicate what industrial action you would be willing to take if you reject the proposals.

Please note this is a consultative ballot and NOT a ballot for industrial action.

A description of the proposals and increases is included with the online voting ballot.

Please note the vote will close no later than 5pm on Thursday 14th June.
